In Memory of Matthew W. DePaolera
Rooted in our mission to support young families facing relentless cancers, the Matthew W. DePaolera Memorial Foundation exists to carry forward the compassion, strength, and sense of community that surrounded Matt throughout his own journey. Every family we support is a reflection of the hope, kindness, and unwavering love that Matt inspired in so many.
Our world was forever changed when we lost Matt. Matt “DEPO” was more than a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend, he was a light to everyone around him. His infectious smile reflected the genuine warmth, kindness, and positivity that defined who he was. When faced with the unimaginable diagnosis of multifocal glioblastoma, he met every challenge with extraordinary courage, resilience, and determination. Even during the hardest moments, he continued to show up with strength, love, and hope for the future. The way he fought, and the way he loved — became the foundation of this mission.
Through this foundation, we hope to honor Matt’s legacy by helping families feel supported, seen, and never alone in the midst of life’s most difficult battles.
